If you find the same certified diamond publicly listed at a lower price,
we will be happy to match our competitor’s price.
You may be eligible for a price match if:
The competitor's diamond must have the same characteristics, including cut, color, clarity, carat weight, fluorescence, table and depth percentage, symmetry, etc. as the certified Venus Jewelers diamond that you’re comparing it to. Venus Jewelers reserves the right to review your request and decide, in our sole discretion, whether the competitor's diamond is comparable
The competitor’s diamond must be in stock and available for purchase at a lower price at the time
of your request. Expired offers are not eligible.
You’ll need to provide us with a copy of the diamond’s grading report (issued within the last year)
together with proof of the lower-priced offer.
