Any engagement or wedding band purchased at Venus Jewelers is covered for a lifetime as long as your ring is registered, inspected, and maintained every six months by Venus Jewelers.* We pledge to cover maintenance including:

As part of this commitment, Venus Jewelers is pleased to offer a lifetime diamond upgrade program on all earth grown GIA, Forevermark, and Venus Jewelers graded diamonds including engagement diamond, solitaire diamond pendant, and diamond solitaire studs that were purchased at Venus Jewelers.
Venus Jewelers lifetime upgrade program honors a credit equal to 100% of the original diamond price toward the purchase of a new diamond. Your diamond must be in its original condition with the original diamond grading report. The credit value will be based on the value of the diamond not including the cost of the setting.
Lifetime Appraisal Updates
Our lifetime bridal warranty includes complimentary appraisal updates when required by your insurer. A $95 value.
* This warranty is valid for all engagement rings purchased after 1/1/2019. This service does not cover the loss or damage of the center diamond, theft, mysterious disappearance, or loss or damage other than that incurred in normal wear and is non-transferrable. We recommend insuring your jewelry which covers loss/breakage to the center diamond, as well as loss or theft of the ring as a whole.
